Yuan's Hotpot offers a wide variety of broth options and we opted for the Ying-Yang hotpot, which allows you to have two different broths in one pot. We chose the Bone Broth Base for the outer circle and the Tomato Broth Base for the inner circle. The sauce station here is a treasure trove for flavor enthusiasts with an extensive array of sauces and the complimentary appetizer and dessert section is a delight. The variety and taste of the free sides and desserts are remarkable, adding extra layers of enjoyment to the meal. The menu boasts an impressive selection of fresh ingredients, including a variety of meats and seafoods and they were all incredibly fresh and of the highest quality.
